RADACID D-Disinfectant based on nitric acid CIP

Strong acidic liquid based on nitric acid, low foaming, intended for cleaning and disinfection of small objects in food, dairy and beverage processing plants in CIP systems that come into contact with food. The product is also used for cleaning and disinfecting flat surfaces (floors, walls, countertops) and for surfaces in public utility areas (sanitary facilities, warehouses, etc.). It has a bactericidal, fungicidal and yeasticidal effect

Method of application:

CIP SYSTEM - Prepare a working solution of 1.0% concentration (for a temperature of 20°C) in the system operating tank. Start the recirculation pump and feed the solution into the system to be flushed for at least 15 minutes. After cleaning and disinfection, flush the entire installation with water intended for human consumption.

AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE – For small items fill the washing machine tank with 1.0% (at 20 °C) RADACID D (10 kg of concentrate for 995 - 990 l of water). The temperature of the working solution must be at least 20°C for a concentration of 1% and the contact time must be at least 15 minutes for the yeasticidal properties and at least 5 minutes for the bactericidal properties. At the concentration of 10%, at the temperature of 200C, shows bactericidal efficacy at 5 min and fungicidal efficacy at 15 min. As the working solution is consumed, top up the contents of the tank with RADACID D solution to maintain the initial concentration.

HAND WASH -For small items prepare a working solution with a concentration of 1% by weight. (1 liter of RADACID D per 100 liters of solution) at a temperature of 20°C. The temperature of the working solution must be at least 20°C for a concentration of 1% and the contact time must be at least 15 minutes for the yeasticidal properties and at least 5 minutes for the bactericidal properties. At the concentration of 10%, at the temperature of 200C, has bactericidal efficacy at 5 min and fungicidal efficacy at 15 min. Washed and disinfected containers and surfaces that come into contact with food must be rinsed with water intended for human consumption. Do not inhale vapors while using the product. Use the product and its working solutions only in rooms equipped with effective ventilation.
